cut from the same super vibrant kakishibu x indigo sashiko fabric that is sturdy and unique.
These shorts come with all the trimmings: custom horn buttons
slant side pockets
two back pockets (one with button closure to keep your belongings safe and sound)
a custom leather patch
and a thick special pocket lining in a fabric that is sturdy as it is stylish.
The true standout is the NEBUTA selvedge fabric. The wild texture is inspired by the legendary “Nebuta” summer festival from the Aomori prefecture in Japan. The festival features daily parades of enormous lantern floats
flanked by large Taiko drums
musicians and dancers. It’s wild
it’s great fun

just like this fabric. That’s the reason why we call NEBUTA fabric. The Kakishibu and the denim create a unique Sashiko texture with a great pattern. The Kakishibu and the indigo make the perfect colour combination.
