■ Aomori Umami Pork and Fish Soy Sauce Ramen
This ramen features a broth made from Aomori's locally sourced dried sardines (coarsely ground) with added powdered dried bonito, creating a umami-rich pork and fish soy sauce ramen.

■ Akita Soy Sauce Ramen
A light soy sauce ramen crafted from the bones of the Akita Hinai-jidori chicken, one of Japan's three major native chicken breeds.

■ Iwate Seaside Salt Ramen
A seaside salt ramen infused with the flavor of salt from Sanriku Miyako in Iwate Prefecture, combined with seafood for a coastal aroma.

■ Yamagata Miso Ramen
A miso ramen made with miso from Yamagata Prefecture, enhancing richness and smoothness.

■ Miyagi Spicy Miso Ramen

1. Place the noodles in 550ml of boiling water and cook for 4 and a half minutes.
2. Once the noodles are done, turn off the heat and gradually add the soup while stirring well.
3. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with your choice of toppings such as chashu and seasonal vegetables.
