TCB jeans 60's was made by imagining the early 66.
Unlike XX, it has a pure blue color and unevenness feeling, and fuzzing is characteristic.
The fabric is about 13 oz with cotton called Sunforkin cotton.
Sunforkin Cotton is made in the south of the Central Valley, a vast farmland spreading in the middle of California.
This farmland was made by using snowmelt in mountain ranges surrounding the crown, and cotton is raised using groundwater that originated from this snowmelt water.
60's is a neat silhouette with tapered go towards the hem.
For sewing, we use core yarn of 20th all.
Paper patches are processed like TCB jeans 50's handmade.
By the time the color of the base falls, the paper is torn, and the thick dough fabric peeps in from inside.
60's is a retrofit specification.
By sewing inside a little more than 50's to make the atmosphere of those days, the patches become rounded after one wash.
Jeans with many sights, such as changing the sewing width by the sewing part, adjustment and remodeling of the sewing machine.
