We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over USD150.
We ship on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, which means Denimio pays for carriage to the named place, except for costs related to import clearance, and shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country.

Any such additional taxes will be calculated according to your specific address at checkout.

Delivery time of goods：
In-stock items will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after order and payment confirmation.
Please note that items that include hemming and items ordered from manufacturer may take longer than normal to ship.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
However, delivery may be delayed depending on the delivery area, natural disasters, or traffic conditions.
Please note that there are some areas where delivery may not be possible.

Return and Exchange：
When returning an item, you must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the item.
However, please note that we will not accept the return of merchandise that is more than 45 days from the date of purchase.
We will accept returns or exchanges free of charge if you contact us within one week of receiving the product, provided that the product is in new and unused condition.

If the size does not fit, you do not like it after all, or you want a different color, etc., please contact our customer support with your name, order number, and the name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

About the condition of returned items:
- We only accept returns or exchanges if the item has not been worn, washed, or wetted and the tags are still attached.
- Special items, such as items that have been hemmed, will not be accepted for return even if they are in new condition.
- Returned items must be in the original box.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Customized items, including silk screening, printing, painting, stitching, hemming, or other customization, and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Before ordering customized or made-to-order items, please take special care in selecting the appropriate item, including size and customization.
We will notify you by email, and any costs (including duties and other taxes) incurred as a result of not following the return process will be deducted from your refund.
