We pride ourselves on offering our customers the very best prices, guaranteed! In the unusual case that another online retailer is publicly offering the same individual product at a lower total cost to you and sold with the same sale conditions, we’ll match that total cost and refund you the difference.
Our Price Match Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

 

To Claim Your Refund

Within 48 hours of placing your order on Denimio, if you find another qualified seller offering the same product you purchased from us at a lower total cost, contact our Customer Care Team via email at denimio@lingble.com and provide the following details so we can arrange a refund of the difference in cost:

  • Your order number and the relevant product;

  • Link to the specific product details page of the other website offering the same product you bought from us;

  • A screenshot of the final checkout step on the other sites, showing shipping, taxes and the full breakdown of the total to be paid; and

  • Date when the screenshot was taken. 

That’s all! You can sit back, relax and wait for the refund of the difference.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

This Price Match Guarantee subjects to the following terms and conditions:

  1. By submitting a claim under this promotional offer you are agreeing to the Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of our Site. 
  2. The person who made the order on Denimio must make the claim and the refund of the total cost difference will be provided in the original payment method used for the Denimio order in question.
  3. The Price Match Guarantee request can only be submitted to us once your order has been confirmed by us, and must be submitted within 48 hours of your confirmed order.
  4. The Price Match Guarantee applies to identical products (i.e., same brand, model, size, weight, color, wash, fabric, condition, specifications, etc.) immediately available and accurately priced on a qualified seller’s website. A qualified seller is a legitimate official retailer of the product in question. Sellers on Rakuten with more than 500 unique reviews will be considered legitimate official retailers and qualified sellers. Sellers on other similar merchant platforms and marketplaces are not qualified sellers. 
  5. The products you are requesting to Price Match must be genuine, available to order online from a qualified seller at the time of submission and must include any and all shipping fees, taxes, transaction fees and the like.
  6. The price applicable to the product you are requesting to Price Match must be in stock and available to the general public. The product cannot include in its price any money off coupons, discounts, promotional vouchers, loyalty offers, bulk-buy discounts or is part of a special promotion.
  7. The link submitted to us of the product details page with lower pricing must be active and available to be reviewed by us. Links that lead to errors, no longer active or are no longer leading to the correct product details page will be rejected.
  8. If the screenshot submitted shows pricing in a different currency from that which was used to purchase your order at Denimio, we will translate the total cost shown on that page into the currency of your order at the exchange rate available on the day you submit the screenshot to us on https://www.xe.com/. 
  9. You must provide a full screenshot (not cropped in any way) and the URL of a lower price with a qualified seller that can be confirmed by us.
  10. Our price guarantee can only be applied once per order.
  11. We reserve the right to cap the amount by which we will reduce our prices to match those of qualified sellers to an amount equal to 30% of the price that we advertise on our website.
  12. This guarantee is provided at our sole discretion. 
  13. Claims under this guarantee that we suspect involve fraud, abuse or lead us to believe are not fully legitimate, will be rejected.
  14. Denimio pricing policy: Prices on our website, whether from Denimio Taobao or from Denimio other countries, are not covered by the price guarantee, as long as they are internal to the Denimio website. The price guarantee only applies to websites outside of Denimio.

We will review the details of your Price Match request and reply to you via email within 7 working days. Refunds will be re-credited to the original payment method used to make your online purchase within 14 days.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee or restrict its availability to any person at any time for any or no reason and without prior notice or liability to you.
