SAMURAIJEANS debuts a new Zero Model S5000VX 21 oz. This model combines the popular heavy weight 21 oz. material and the dyed pine buttons, a slake or inner pocket material with the Japanese kanji expression 諸行無常 "All earthly things fade away", a slightly low rise, and a narrow straight cut. It has the same silhouette as S5000VX 17oz. This model is complete with a special selvedge durable enough for this super heavy fabric, a leather patch, and flasher unique to this model. In order to get the unique heaviness the yarn was woven together with a thread count of 3.8 then woven together skillfully with a traditional loom to keep the bumpy feeling. The threads are dyed indigo in a process of repeat dying without penetrating the shaft so that fading can occur. Special to this model, the selvedge called the "Sword Ear" uses red and gold lame or threads. Non Wash.
