This is "raw machine denim" woven on an old power loom, and has a vintage look that has not undergone sanforizing, skewing, or singeing.



This time, we have created the "Yarn Series" with nep yarn and slub yarn.



Slub yarn is an original selvedge denim using nep yarn for the warp and brown cotton for the weft, with knotted yarns of irregular length, thickness, and shape cast into the fabric. The slub yarn produces random knots in the yarn, giving this selvedge fabric a unique look, which is also extremely rare.



These heritage jeans refer to the period in which they were used as workwear in the early 1900s and were reinforced with rivets to withstand the harsh working environment. The exposed back pocket rivets have been shifted to hidden rivets, and the cinch back that was on the belt has been moved to the yoke position. The center loop is offset, in addition to the ducktail back silhouette and the back yoke with reversed wound seams. The pocket slacks and back pockets are reinforced with a patch of fabric. The silhouette is based on the workers of the period, with a deep inseam and thick armpits.



The patches are made of cowhide leather.
